Job Descriptions:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Are to teach 18 periods of 45 minutes each week, 16 standard classes and 120 minutes English corner activities or 90 minutes presentation. The subject is to be oral English language, economics & logistics in English.
2. Each expert shall complete the tasks on schedule and guarantee the quality of teaching. The teaching needs to be flexible so as to enable the teaching of other skills like reading and writing also grammar and listening.
3. A. Present a teaching plan at the beginning of the school term.
B. Evaluate the students’ final oral and written test.
C. Present a summary of the individual students’ performance regarding class attendance, commitment and attitude to the study.
4. Meetings to discuss syllabus, teaching methods and other matters are to be held every two weeks. The foreign experts shall be present at every meeting.
5. Experts will be required to be photographed by the college or interviewed by TV stations or reporters and to join other activities in promoting (advertising) the college. Further, it is hoped that party B will participate in Provincial and Municipal Education Committee sponsored get together activities, although this is not mandatory. And the photos or views will be valid in two years after the experts have finished his work from our college.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Energetic and enthusiastic individuals and couples, 22-55 years old
2. Teaching capabilities and two years working experiences
3. Bachelor’s degree or above
4. Ability to cooperate with others
5. Fluent and clear English
6. Ability to work here for 1 year or more
7. In respect of teaching English, all applicants should be native speakers and have one of the following:
Bachelors Degree;
TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certificate;
In respect of the other subjects teachers should have a degree relevant to the subject to be taught.
